About the Role
Halian is seeking a driven 360 Technology Recruitment Consultant to specialize in senior and critical hires across enterprise technology, digital transformation, and managed services in the Middle East.

Responsibilities
- Define and remain disciplined to your Ideal Client Profile (enterprise organisations, government, semi government, and high growth private sector companies investing in digital transformation)
- Build deep expertise in 2–3 technology verticals aligned to core strengths (e.g., Cloud & Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Data & AI, Software Engineering, ERP & Enterprise Applications, Digital & Product)
- Develop targeted account plans for priority organisations across key Middle East markets (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, etc.)
- Design and execute value led outreach across email, LinkedIn, events, and phone
- Win and deliver exclusive mandates for senior technology roles (CIO, CTO, CDO, Chief Architect, VP Engineering, Head of Cybersecurity, Head of Data & AI, Programme Directors, etc.)
- Build and nurture a high quality network of technology professionals across permanent and contract markets
- Headhunt passive talent across niche skill areas (AI/ML, DevOps, SAP/Oracle, cybersecurity, product engineering, etc.)
- Deliver exceptional candidate experience from first engagement through onboarding
Requirements
- Proven experience in 360 recruitment (technology sector preferred) or strong business development background with interest in tech
- Demonstrated ability to win new business and manage senior stakeholders
- Commercial mindset with strong negotiation and closing skills

Role Overview
- We’re looking for a driven 360 Technology Recruitment Consultant to join Halian, specialising in senior and critical hires across enterprise technology, digital transformation, and managed services across the Middle East. You’ll partner closely with our Technology Practice leaders to build relations
Strategic Market Focus
- Define and remain disciplined to your Ideal Client Profile (enterprise organisations, government, semi government, and high growth private sector companies investing in digital transformation)
- Build deep expertise in 2–3 technology verticals aligned to our core strengths (e.g., Cloud & Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Data & AI, Software Engineering, ERP & Enterprise Applications, Digital & Product)
- Develop targeted account plans for priority organisations across key Middle East markets (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, etc.)
- Stay ahead of regional technology trends including AI adoption, cloud migration, smart government, and large scale transformation programmes
Proactive Business Development
- Design and execute value led outreach across email, LinkedIn, events, and phone
- Create multi touch engagement strategies that deliver market intelligence on tech hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability
- Position yourself as a trusted advisor on technology workforce strategy, outsourcing, and managed services
- Build long term relationships with technology leaders, transformation offices, and procurement stakeholders
Senior Appointments & Team Builds
- Win and deliver exclusive mandates for senior technology roles (CIO, CTO, CDO, Chief Architect, VP Engineering, Head of Cybersecurity, Head of Data & AI, Programme Directors, etc.)
- Partner with clients on large scale tech team builds including digital factories, cloud transformation teams, and innovation hubs
- Conduct consultative discovery to understand architecture landscapes, transformation roadmaps, vendor ecosystems, and delivery models
- Advise clients on market conditions, organisational design, compensation benchmarking, and talent strategy within technology functions
Candidate Engagement & Delivery
- Build and nurture a high quality network of technology professionals across permanent and contract markets
- Headhunt passive talent across niche skill areas (AI/ML, DevOps, SAP/Oracle, cybersecurity, product engineering, etc.)
- Deliver exceptional candidate experience from first engagement through onboarding
- Support candidates with market insight, career guidance, and interview preparation
