Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all activities across the DACH region, including sales, operations, and managed services delivery
- Develop and execute regional growth strategies to expand market share and revenue
- Provide strong executive leadership, fostering a high performance, motivated, and collaborative culture
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Act as the senior escalation point for client issues and ensure exceptional service delivery
- Collaborate with partners and vendors (Oracle, cloud providers, security OEMs, etc.) to align commercial and technical strategies
- Oversee regional P&L, ensuring revenue, margin, and growth targets are met
- Drive operational excellence, including SLAs, KPIs, governance, and compliance
- Implement consistent processes, reporting, and best practices across the region
- Lead, mentor, and grow regional teams, including sales managers, delivery managers, and operational staff
- Ensure succession planning, talent development, and retention across the DACH region
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and innovation
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in the DACH region, ideally at Executive Director / Regional Director level
- Strong background in enterprise technology, managed services, or IT professional services
- Demonstrable track record in driving revenue growth and operational excellence
- Excellent understanding of the DACH market, client expectations, and business culture
- Experience managing P&L, multi functional teams, and cross border operations
- Strong executive presence with excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in German and English; French is a plus
