About the Role

  • Ferrero offers an incredible opportunity for recent graduates in the UAE to kickstart their careers as a Customer Service Specialist based in Dubai.
  • This role is part of Ferrero's commitment to support and nurture young talent through a structured two year rotational program.
  • The program includes one year in Customer Service and the final year in Logistics to gain hands on experience.

Main Responsibilities

  • First year: Focus on Customer Service within Supply Chain, managing shipments, coordinating with key accounts, ensuring smooth order processing.
  • Build strong fundamentals in customer relationship management, SLA delivery, and performance tracking through KPI analysis.
  • Second year: Expand into Logistics, managing inbound operations, shipment management, monitoring delivery timelines, handling operational escalations.
  • Coordinate product registrations with Dubai Municipality and support inventory management cycles.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a plus.
  • Passion for continuous growth and improvement.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail oriented mindset.
