- Maintain high standards of hygiene and grooming at all times
- Support in training and guiding junior team members to maintain standards
- Follow all company policies and procedures
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in a luxury hospitality environment or five star hotel
- Attention to detail, flexibility, creativity, and ability to work under pressure
- Good spoken and written English
- Middle East/GCC experience is an advantage

Job Overview
- As a Demi Chef de Partie in the Main Kitchen, you will support the Chef de Partie in the daily operation of your assigned section. You will ensure all dishes are prepared according to brand standards, maintaining quality, consistency, and presentation at all times.
