Job Purpose
Manage QA and QC personnel and ensure quality assurance and control for construction and corporate activities.
Maintain quality activities in accordance with the organization's established policies and procedures.
Scope of Work
- Administer and enforce the QMS Manual according to ISO 9001 standards.
- Conduct quality awareness training sessions.
- Plan and conduct internal and project quality audits.
- Recommend steps for continual improvement of the quality system.
- Conduct periodic management review meetings.
- Control, supervise, and maintain personnel qualifications and performance.
- Review and approve construction quality-control procedures for various disciplines.
- Conduct weekly quality inspection meetings to review work quality.
- Provide the SATIP, SAIC, and SATR list for construction activities.
- Investigate and correct customer issues and complaints related to quality.
- Work with operations staff to establish policies and procedures.
- Oversee department processes.
Candidate Requirements
- 15 or more years of Quality or QA-QC experience in the construction industry.
- Strong hands-on experience implementing and maintaining a QMS according to ISO 9001.
- Experience planning and conducting internal and project quality audits.
- Experience managing NCRs, corrective actions, root-cause analysis, and continual improvement.
- Hands-on knowledge of SATIP, SAIC, and SATR requirements.
Pay
- Pay is 21,000 to 37,040 Saudi Riyals per month.
