Role overview
Lead hospitality and experiential activities across sales galleries, experience centres, project launches, events, and international roadshows.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the hospitality and experiential strategy across sales galleries, experience centres, and events.
- Plan and execute luxury project launches, VIP events, and international roadshows.
- Create premium customer experiences aligned with the brand.
- Manage hospitality teams, hosts, and service standards.
- Work with Sales, Marketing, Events, and Channel teams on customer engagement and business objectives.
- Manage vendors, catering, production, and event logistics.
- Oversee budgets, cost control, and operational efficiency.
- Monitor guest feedback and continuously improve the experience.
- Develop and lead a high-performing hospitality and events team.
Ideal candidate
- At least 12 years of experience in hospitality, events, guest experience, experiential marketing, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role.
- Strong luxury hospitality, premium event, or experiential environment experience.
- Experience managing large-scale events, launches, roadshows, or VIP experiences.
- Strong commercial understanding of budgets, vendors, revenue, return on investment, and cost management.
- Excellent stakeholder management, presentation, and team leadership skills.
- A bachelor's or master's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Real estate developer or event experience is highly advantageous.
- Experience with sales galleries, experience centres, property launches, or HNW/UHNW clientele is preferred.
Pay
- Compensation is AED 25,000 to AED 35,000 per month.

- The work location is in person.
