Senior Sales Executive

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets.
• Identify and acquire new customers, dealers, distributors, contractors, interior designers, kitchen manufacturers, wardrobe companies, and project clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and high-value accounts.
• Generate new business opportunities through market development, networking, referrals, and direct sales.
• Conduct customer visits, product presentations, negotiations, and commercial discussions.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products and solutions from the company's product portfolio. Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and quotation through negotiation, order confirmation, and customer follow-up. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements. Develop key accounts and increase sales through cross-selling and introduction of additional products. Work closely with management and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of customer orders and projects. Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and customer information. Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
