Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the MEP operations of multiple projects simultaneously.
- Provide overall operational direction to Project Managers, MEP Managers, Engineers and site teams.
- Monitor project progress, manpower, productivity, resources, procurement and material requirements.
- Ensure projects are delivered according to approved programme, budget, quality and HSE requirements.
- Review project performance and identify delays, risks and operational issues.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors and subcontractors to resolve project-related issues.
- Ensure effective coordination between HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting and other MEP disciplines.
- Review project budgets, costs, variations, subcontractor performance and commercial matters.
- Support Project Managers in resolving technical, contractual and operational challenges.
- Monitor manpower and equipment allocation across projects and optimise resources where required.
- Ensure proper planning and timely procurement of MEP materials and equipment.
- Review project KPIs, progress reports and operational performance.
- Conduct regular project reviews and provide updates to senior management.
- Support tender/project handover and ensure smooth mobilisation and execution.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, authority requirements, QA/QC procedures and HSE standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, consultants and business partners.
- Drive continuous improvement in project execution, productivity and operational efficiency.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 12–18+ years of MEP experience, preferably with a major MEP contractor.
- Strong experience in MEP contracting and project execution.
- Proven experience managing .
