Overview
We are seeking a creative and versatile Content Creator / Social Media Executive to manage and grow the digital presence of our brands across landscaping services, F&B, and floral design.
This role requires someone who can adapt content styles for different industries while maintaining a consistent brand voice and engaging storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging content (photos, videos, reels, stories) for:
- Landscaping projects and transformations
- Cafe products, ambiance, and promotions
- Floral arrangements and special occasions
- Manage and grow social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn) for all three brands
- Plan and execute a unified monthly content calendar across businesses
- Capture on-site content (project sites, cafe, flower shop)
- Stay updated with trends and create viral/engaging content
- Write compelling captions tailored to each brand’s audience
- Engage with followers, respond to messages, and manage online communities
- Monitor analytics and prepare performance reports
- Coordinate with internal teams for campaigns, promotions, and events
- Assist with influencer collaborations and partnerships
Requirements & Skills
- Proven experience in content creation and social media management
- Strong photography and videography skills (mobile or professional)
- Basic video editing skills (Reels, TikTok, short-form content)
- Creativity and ability to switch tone between corporate, lifestyle, and luxury content
- Knowledge of tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Suite
- Understanding of social media algorithms and trends
- Good communication and time management skills
- Ability to work across multiple brands simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in similar industries (landscaping, F&B, retail)
- Knowledge of paid ads and boosting strategies
- Basic understanding of branding and marketing strategy
