Key Responsibilitiescontent Creation

• Create engaging content (photos, videos, reels, stories) for:
• Landscaping projects and transformations
• Café products, ambiance, and promotions
• Floral arrangements and special occasions
• Capture on-site content at project locations, cafés, and flower shops

Social Media Management

• Manage and grow social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn)
• Plan and execute a unified monthly content calendar across all brands
• Stay updated with trends and produce viral and engaging content
• Write compelling, audience-specific captions

Community Engagement

• Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries
• Build and manage online communities across platforms

Analytics & Reporting

• Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports
• Optimize content strategy based on insights and trends

Collaboration & Campaigns

• Coordinate with internal teams for campaigns, promotions, and events
• Assist with influencer collaborations and partnerships

Requirements & Skills

• Proven experience in content creation and social media management
• Strong photography and videography skills (mobile or professional)
• Basic video editing skills (Reels, TikTok, short-form content)
• Creative mindset with the ability to adapt tone across industries
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Suite
• Understanding of social media algorithms and trends
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously
