The role requires strong steel structure experience and the ability to manage site teams and daily construction activities.
Location and Work Arrangement
- The project is located in Ruwais, Barakah, UAE.
- Work is performed in person at the project site.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise civil and steel structure works at site.
- Coordinate manpower, materials, tools, and equipment.
- Read and understand drawings, specifications, and method statements.
- Monitor work progress and ensure quality and safety requirements are followed.
- Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and other site teams.
- Ensure works are completed according to the project schedule.
- Conduct daily site inspections and report progress or issues to the Site Engineer.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a Civil Foreman, preferably in UAE or GCC projects.
- Hands-on experience in steel structure erection and installation is required.
- Good knowledge of civil construction activities, site safety, and quality standards.
- Ability to lead and manage site workers effectively.
- Available to work in Ruwais, UAE.
Salary and Benefits
- Pay is AED 5,000 to AED 6,000 per month.
- Accommodation and transportation are provided by the company.
