- Monitor stock levels and manage ordering of supplies and ingredients
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries
Hygiene & Compliance
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards are maintained
- Follow all health and safety regulations
Sales & Reporting
- Handle cash management, billing, and daily sales reporting
- Maintain basic financial and operational records
Marketing & Growth
- Support promotions, events, and marketing activities
- Help improve sales and customer engagement
Presentation & Quality
- Ensure attractive product display and consistent food and beverage quality
Operations Control
- Ensure efficient use of staff and resources
- Help maintain cost control and operational productivity
Requirements
- Proven experience as Café Manager, Restaurant Supervisor, or similar role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good customer service and problem-solving ability
- Knowledge of café operations, hygiene, and food safety standards
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and sales reporting
- UAE experience preferred
