Job Purpose

  • The SuccessFactors HCM Business Analyst acts as the strategic liaison between the Human Resources department and the IT functional teams, responsible for analyzing HR business processes, translating them into system requirements, and ensuring the SAP SuccessFactors suite is optimized.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead workshops with HR stakeholders to capture current state processes and define future state requirements for HCM modules.
  • Advise on and execute system configurations within SuccessFactors to align with best practices, minimizing complex custom developments.
  • Design and oversee comprehensive testing cycles, including System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Evaluate bi annual SAP SuccessFactors release updates, assess their impact on current HR processes, and coordinate the rollout of new features.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless data flow and integration between SuccessFactors, legacy HRIS, and other enterprise systems.
  • Develop targeted training materials, conduct train the trainer sessions, and provide Tier 2/Tier 3 support for complex user escalations.

Minimum Qualifications/Education/Experience/Training/Knowledge

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3 5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst with a dedicated focus on HRIS, including at least one full life cycle implementations of SAP SuccessFactors (EC).
  • Proven experience as an IT Business Systems Analyst.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and practices.
  • Proficiency in configuring the allocated applications.
  • Proficiency in business process modelling and documentation.
  • Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors modules.
  • Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Analytical skills, problem solving skills, communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, collaboration skills, strong attention to detail, technical proficiency, adaptability.
