- Develop and implement business development strategies to increase revenue, market share, and long term growth
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, referrals, and lead generation
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities
- Assess client requirements and recommend tailored landscaping solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and government entities
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand project requirements
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers in collaboration with internal teams
- Negotiate contracts and commercial terms while maintaining strong client relationships
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and business development KPIs
- Develop and manage a healthy sales pipeline from prospecting through project award
- Prepare sales forecasts, monitor performance, and implement strategies to maximize revenue
- Collaborate with marketing team to promote company's landscaping services and project portfolio
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in business development, sales, or account management within landscaping, construction, or related industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and securing new business opportunities
- Strong knowledge of the UAE landscaping market, procurement processes, and industry trends
- Excellent business development, negotiation, and closing skills
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management abilities
- Valid UAE Driving Licence and own vehicle (mandatory)
- Willingness to travel across the UAE for client meetings, networking events, and site visits

Overview
- We are seeking a results driven and proactive Business Development Executive – Landscaping to drive business growth and expand our client portfolio across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business development strategies to increase revenue, market share, and long term growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, referrals, and lead generation.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities.
- Assess client requirements and recommend tailored landscaping solutions that align with project objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and government entities.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand project requirements.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers in collaboration with internal teams.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in business development, sales, or account management within the landscaping, construction, or related industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and securing new business opportunities.
- Strong knowledge of the UAE landscaping market, procurement processes, and industry trends.
