Overview

  • We are seeking a results driven and proactive Business Development Executive – Landscaping to drive business growth and expand our client portfolio across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to increase revenue, market share, and long term growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, referrals, and lead generation.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities.
  • Assess client requirements and recommend tailored landscaping solutions that align with project objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and government entities.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand project requirements.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Negotiate contracts and commercial terms while maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and business development KPIs.
  • Develop and manage a healthy sales pipeline from prospecting through project award.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, monitor performance, and implement strategies to maximize revenue.
  • Ensure timely follow up on enquiries, proposals, and client feedback to secure new business.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in business development, sales, or account management within the landscaping, construction, or related industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and securing new business opportunities.
  • Strong knowledge of the UAE landscaping market, procurement processes, and industry trends.

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent business development, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management abilities.
  • Strategic thinking with a results oriented mindset.
  • Ability to identify client needs and develop value driven solutions.
  • Strong commercial awareness and market analysis skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple clients and opportunities.

Requirements

  • Valid UAE Driving Licence and own vehicle (mandatory).
  • Willingness to travel across the UAE for client meetings, networking events, and site visits.
  • Immediate availability is preferred.
