e are looking for a driven and results-oriented **Business Development Executive** to support the growth of our landscaping division.
The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the landscaping sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to secure projects.
- Support preparation of proposals, quotations, and contract negotiations.
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with operations and project teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and client interactions.
Requirements
- Experience in **business development or sales**, preferably in landscaping, construction, or related industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-driven with a proactive and professional approach.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Knowledge of the UAE market is an advantage.
- Valid **UAE driving license required**.
