Overview
Trove Restaurant and Cafe LLC is looking for a Barback to maintain a clean bar area, assist in serving beverages, and ensure guest satisfaction. The role involves cleaning, stocking, and monitoring bar items, as well as communicating with guests and the Bar Supervisor.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the bar area is kept clean at all times
- Assist in mixing and serving beverages
- Respond to guest concerns professionally
- Maintain the bar well-stocked with ingredients
- Monitor and report expiry dates of bar items
- Communicate services and facilities to guests
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
