Role Overview
The Housekeeper is responsible for cleaning and maintaining restaurant areas, including the kitchen, shisha bar, bar, and restrooms.
The role includes sanitation, supply monitoring, safety compliance, and reporting maintenance or workplace incidents.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate cleaning equipment and use chemicals safely.
- Wash, mop, scrub, and polish floors throughout assigned restaurant areas.
- Clean and disinfect kitchen, shisha bar, bar, and restroom areas.
- Dust and wipe furniture, windows, counters, glass panels, walls, wood panels, marble, and fixtures.
- Inspect and unclog sink drains and remove garbage.
- Monitor cleaning supplies and toiletries and report shortages.
- Report incidents, accidents, and maintenance requirements to management.
- Follow restaurant policies, standard operating procedures, and safety instructions.
- Hand over property found in the restaurant to management.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Requirements
- Safe use of cleaning equipment and chemicals is required.
- Compliance with workplace safety rules and company sanitation standards is required.
- The Housekeeper must follow restaurant policies and standard operating procedures.
- The role requires monitoring cleaning supplies and toiletries and reporting shortages.
Workplace
- Work location is in person at the restaurant.
