Responsibilities
- Keep the bar area clean at all times.
- Wash and clean glasses and bar equipment.
- Assist in mixing and serving beverages suited to guests' preferences.
- Respond professionally to guest concerns.
- Inform the Bar Supervisor about guest special requests or concerns.
- Help keep the bar stocked with ingredients and ensure equipment is functional.
- Monitor expiry dates of bar items and report upcoming expiries to the Bar Supervisor.
- Check floats for accuracy and report irregularities.
- Communicate services and facilities to guests as required.
- Ensure guests' needs and requirements are met.
- Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and grooming.
- Observe all safety procedures and rules.
Additional Duties
Report incidents or damages in the bar area to the Bar Supervisor.
Attend training courses as notified by management.
