Role Overview
The Shisha Server is responsible for guest service, shisha preparation, order taking, and maintaining the shisha bar.
The role includes opening, closing, and rush-hour operational duties.
Guest Service
- Serve guests according to restaurant standards to maximize satisfaction.
- Interact positively and professionally with guests, colleagues, and other departments.
- Welcome guests, assist with seating, recommend specialties, and upsell when possible.
- Take orders and follow through with service according to restaurant standards.
Shisha Bar Operations
- Keep the shisha bar stocked with accessories and maintain necessary equipment.
- Pack shishas and prepare the shisha bar.
- Keep side stations tidy and clean.
- Report breakage to supervisors.
Opening Duties
- Turn on restaurant lights and thermostat, fill shishas, reset furniture, and prepare the restaurant.
- Cut fruit, turn on the burner, stock foil, tops, and tips, and set outside furniture as needed.
- Complete additional opening responsibilities listed on the daily log.
Closing and Rush-Hour Duties
- Break down remaining shishas, clean glasses, wipe the service bar, and set aside full trash bags.
- Turn off the burner, lights, and thermostat, complete end-of-day reports, and leave the building ready to open.
- During rush hours, break down unused shishas at shift end and fill tobaccos.
Requirements
- Ability to interact positively and professionally with guests, colleagues, and other departments.
- Ability to follow restaurant standards, internal policies, and safety procedures.
- Russian language ability is preferred.

- Work location is in person.
