Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages and cookies.
- Respond politely and efficiently to guest orders, questions, concerns, and complaints.
- Explain beverage menu items and suggest products that may appeal to guests.
- Prepare beverages by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques.
- Operate equipment, troubleshoot breakdowns, maintain supplies, perform preventive maintenance, and arrange repairs.
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment according to organizational standards and sanitation regulations.
- Study and improve processes, quality results, and the appearance of the bar.
- Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment.
- Check freezer, refrigerator, and heating equipment temperatures.
- Order, receive, and stock supplies and retail products.
- Take out garbage and demonstrate the use of retail equipment such as espresso machines.
- Set up and restock product displays, label and date items, and monitor expiration dates.
Experience
- Two years of barista experience is preferred.
Pay
- Pay is AED 3,500 to AED 4,500 per month.
Work Location
- Work is performed in person.
Job Type
The position is full-time.
