- Implement cost saving measures and monitor breakage/losses

- Coach, counsel, and evaluate staff performance; conduct on the job training
- Motivate and maintain a strong team spirit within the restaurant service section
Requirements
- Minimum 2 3 years of experience in restaurant or F&B operations
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Financial acumen for budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations and service standards
- Proficiency in POS systems and restaurant management software
- Customer service excellence and conflict resolution skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to hygiene and safety standards

Role Overview
- Assistant Restaurant Manager plays a key role in ensuring smooth operations, maintaining service standards, and supporting the Restaurant Manager.
- This position requires strong leadership, operational knowledge, and the ability to manage staff effectively.
