- Develop and customize applications in Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, and Zoho Projects
- Configure workflows, automation, blueprints, SLAs, and layouts across Zoho apps
- Build advanced automation using Deluge scripting
- Create integrations with ERP systems, payment gateways, REST/SOAP APIs, and third party tools
- Design scalable Zoho solutions, prepare technical documentation, and provide user training
- Troubleshoot system issues and collaborate with business teams to improve processes
- Work with additional Zoho tools such as Zoho Analytics, Forms, Surveys, Flow, Campaigns
Requirements
- Strong hands on experience with Zoho Creator, CRM, Desk, Projects
- Expertise in Deluge scripting and Zoho API integrations
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Zoho certifications preferred
- Experience in Real Estate, Construction, or Enterprise domains is an advantage
