Responsibilities
- Contact customers via phone, email, and other channels regarding outstanding payments
- Follow up on overdue accounts and negotiate payment arrangements
- Maintain accurate records of collection activities and customer interactions
- Resolve customer queries related to invoices, payments, and account balances
- Monitor payment commitments and ensure timely follow up
- Escalate high risk or unresolved accounts when necessary
- Achieve collection targets while adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements
- Prepare collection reports and account status updates
Requirements
- 5 8 years of experience in collections, accounts receivable, or a similar role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- Experience with CRM, ERP, or collection systems is an advantage
- Additional language skills in Chinese, Hindi, or Turkish are highly preferred

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Language Requirements
- Must be proficient in spoken and written English.
- Additional language skills in Chinese, Hindi, or Turkish are highly preferred.
