- Design high quality social media creatives, ads, banners, and promotional materials
- Create professional presentations, pitch decks, company profiles, and marketing collateral
- Develop visually engaging infographics, brochures, flyers, posters, and digital assets
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency
- Produce creative content for marketing campaigns, recruitment campaigns, and employer branding initiatives
- Collaborate with marketing and business teams to deliver impactful visual content
- Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, Canva features, and visual storytelling techniques
Requirements
- Expert level proficiency in Canva
- Strong portfolio demonstrating professional design work
- Advanced understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and branding
- Experience creating social media campaigns, presentations, and marketing materials
- Ability to create original, modern, and visually engaging designs
- Strong attention to detail and creativity
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
- 5 years of Canva Pro experience
