Responsibilities
- Maintain and update inventory records for available, reserved, sold, and cancelled units
- Coordinate with Commercial, IT, Legal, and Finance teams on unit launches, releases, allocations, and project information
- Monitor and reconcile inventory data, ensuring accuracy across systems
- Set up and manage standard and customized payment plans, promotions, discounts, and related documentation
- Support the sales team by providing availability reports, price lists, payment schedules, sales offers, and promotional materials
- Monitor sales activities, reservations, cancellations, assignments, and compliance with company policies
- Track operational KPIs such as inventory turnover, payment compliance, and sales conversion rates
- Prepare and distribute regular sales, inventory, payment plan, and performance reports for management
- Maintain dashboards and sales trackers to support forecasting and decision making
- Identify operational risks, process gaps, and recommend corrective actions
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales Administration, preferably within a real estate development company

Role Summary
- The Sales Administrator provides administrative and operational support to the sales function, with a strong focus on property inventory management, implementation and monitoring of payment plans, general sales administration, performance & sales monitoring, and management reporting.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales Administration, preferably within a real estate development company.
- Strong background in supporting sales operations, documentation, client coordination, and administrative processes related to property sales.
