Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso based beverages, tea, and other menu items according to company standards
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and process payments
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns professionally
- Ensure beverage quality, consistency, and presentation meet company expectations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, workstations, equipment, and seating areas
- Restock supplies, ingredients, and merchandise as needed
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations at all times
- Operate coffee machines, grinders, POS systems, and other café equipment safely
- Assist with inventory counts and stock management
- Support team members during busy periods and contribute to a positive work environment
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a customer service role is an advantage
- Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and beverage recipes is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings
- Ability to multitask and perform efficiently in a fast paced environment
- Basic cash handling and POS system knowledge
- Good command of English; additional languages are a plus
