Overview
- We are looking for an experienced Software Support & Tester to join our ERP software team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting customers, understanding software related issues, testing ERP applications, and reporting bugs clearly to the development team.

- Experience working with ERP, accounting, inventory, trading, distribution, or warehouse software.
- Familiarity with customer support and software implementation processes.
- Customer focused attitude with good analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a software development team.
- Willingness to learn new ERP modules, business processes, and testing tools.
