About the Role

Responsibilities
- Manage day to day operations of multiple specialty coffee outlets within the assigned region
- Drive sales growth, profitability, and operational efficiency across all stores
- Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and outlet teams
- Ensure consistent implementation of brand standards, customer service excellence, and product quality
- Monitor KPIs, prepare performance reports, and implement improvement plans
- Conduct regular store visits to evaluate operations and compliance
- Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, Supply Chain, HR, and Training teams
- Oversee staffing, employee development, succession planning, and performance management
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health & safety, and local regulations
- Support new store openings, renovations, and operational improvement projects
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
- 5–8 years of experience in multi unit operations within specialty coffee, café, or F&B industry
- Minimum 3 years as Area Manager, District Manager, or Regional Manager
- Proven track record of achieving sales, operational, and financial targets
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication, coaching, and problem solving abilities
- Strong understanding of P&L management, budgeting, and operational KPIs
- Fluency in English required; Arabic is an advantage
- Experience in Saudi Arabian or GCC market highly preferred
