- Plan, execute, and monitor agricultural projects, ensuring timely and cost effective delivery
- Manage large scale farming operations, including crop production, greenhouse projects, irrigation systems, and agricultural infrastructure
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
- Coordinate with farm managers, agronomists, engineers, contractors, suppliers, and consultants throughout the project lifecycle
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to achieve project objectives
- Ensure compliance with agricultural regulations, environmental standards, and health & safety requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agricultural Engineering, Agronomy, Horticulture, or a related field
- 7–12 years of experience managing agricultural or farming projects
- Proven experience in large scale farming, crop production, greenhouse operations, irrigation projects, or agricultural development
- Strong understanding of modern farming practices, irrigation systems, soil management, and agricultural technologies
- Experience managing project budgets, schedules, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software (MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent)
- Experience working in the GCC, particularly Saudi Arabia, is highly desirable

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor agricultural projects, ensuring timely and cost effective delivery.
- Manage large scale farming operations, including crop production, greenhouse projects, irrigation systems, and agricultural infrastructure.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Coordinate with farm managers, agronomists, engineers, contractors, suppliers, and consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to achieve project objectives.
- Ensure compliance with agricultural regulations, environmental standards, and health & safety requirements.
- Manage procurement of agricultural equipment, materials, and services.
- Oversee installation and commissioning of irrigation systems, greenhouses, and other agricultural facilities.
- Analyze project performance, prepare progress reports, and present updates to senior management.
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, and sustainability across agricultural operations.
- Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project completion.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agricultural Engineering, Agronomy, Horticulture, or a related field.
- 7–12 years of experience managing agricultural or farming projects.
- Proven experience in large scale farming, crop production, greenhouse operations, irrigation projects, or agricultural development.
- Strong understanding of modern farming practices, irrigation systems, soil management, and agricultural technologies.
- Experience managing project budgets, schedules, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical, planning, and problem solving abilities.
