- Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential clients, including corporate employers, educational institutions, and other strategic partners
- Build and maintain strong, long lasting relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their talent and development needs
- Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value of Qureos's AI powered platform
- Lead contract negotiations and successfully close deals to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to ensure business development strategies are aligned with company objectives and market trends
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities
- Represent Qureos at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and generate leads
Requirements
- Proven experience in a business development, sales, or partnerships role, preferably within the technology, SaaS, or HR/EdTech industry
- Strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with ability to engage confidently with senior level executives
- Strategic and analytical mindset, with ability to identify opportunities and create effective growth strategies
- Highly self motivated and results oriented, with ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales productivity tools highly desirable
