- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality
- Identify construction issues and propose technical solutions
- Prepare and respond to RFIs and Site Instructions
- Attend site meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
- Ensure compliance with local authority regulations and building codes
- Participate in snagging, testing, commissioning, and project handover
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture
- Minimum 8 years of experience including 6+ years on site
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and project management software
- Arabic speaking is a must
- Saudi Driving License is preferred
- PMP certification is a plus

Summary of the Role
- The Site Architect is responsible for overseeing the architectural execution of construction projects on site, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise architectural works on site to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and contract documents
- Review architectural shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements prior to execution
- Coordinate architectural activities with structural, MEP, and interior fit out teams to resolve design conflicts
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction progress, workmanship, and quality
- Identify construction issues and propose practical technical solutions
- Prepare and respond to Requests for Information (RFIs) and Site Instructions (SIs)
- Monitor contractor performance and ensure works are completed according to project schedules
- Attend site meetings with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders
- Review mock ups, material samples, and finishes to ensure compliance with design intent
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
- Ensure compliance with local authority regulations, building codes, and health and safety requirements
- Participate in snagging, de snagging, testing, commissioning, and final project handover
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
- A minimum of 8 years of experience including 6+ years' experience on site
- Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus
- Saudi Driving License is preferred
- Proven track record of delivering high end interior and exterior projects
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Proficient in using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Project management software
- Arabic speaking is a must
- Strong knowledge of architectural detailing and construction methodologies
- Ability to interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings
- Experience reviewing shop drawings and material submittals
- Understanding of QA/QC procedures and construction quality standards
- Familiarity with local building codes and authority requirements
- Strong project management, organizational, and team coordination skills
- Excellent client facing communication skills
- Proactive in identifying and resolving project issues
Working Conditions and Environment
- The position is site based in Riyadh, KSA, with frequent visits to different project sites within Riyadh
- The position may have occasional international travel requirements
