Responsibilities
- Supervise wave pool activities and ensure all guests follow safety rules and operating procedures
- Conduct safety briefings and explain wave pool guidelines to guests
- Monitor swimmers and pool conditions continuously to prevent accidents and respond to emergencies
- Assist guests entering and exiting the wave pool safely
- Enforce height, age, and safety restrictions as per park policies
- Respond quickly and effectively to incidents, emergencies, and guest concerns
- Perform routine inspections of wave pool areas, equipment, flotation devices, and safety signage
- Coordinate with lifeguards, operations staff, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of pool decks and guest areas
- Record incidents, maintenance concerns, and daily operational reports
- Support special events, aquatic programs, and group activities when required
- Deliver excellent guest service and maintain a positive atmosphere
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in aquatic facilities, water parks, swimming instruction, or guest operations preferred
- Lifeguard certification required or willingness to obtain before employment
- CPR, First Aid, and water rescue certifications preferred
- Strong swimming ability and knowledge of water safety procedures
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stay alert and respond calmly in emergency situations
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, holidays, and peak seasons

- We are seeking a responsible and energetic Wave Pool Instructor to oversee wave pool activities, ensure guest safety, and provide excellent customer service.
