About the Role
Anantara Hotels & Resorts seeks an EHSMS Officer at Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort to develop and implement the EHS Management System, ensure compliance with UAE regulations and ISO standards, and lead safety audits and training.

Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve the EHS Management System across both properties.
- Ensure compliance with UAE legislation, Dubai Municipality, Civil Defense, and ISO 14001 & 45001 standards.
- Lead internal audits, risk assessments, management reviews, and corrective actions.
- Investigate incidents, manage contractor safety, PTW, PPE, MSDS, and regulatory compliance.
- Conduct inspections across operational areas, ensuring food safety, water quality, pool safety, pest control, and safe working practices.
- Deliver safety inductions, emergency drills, first aid, and EHS training while promoting a strong safety culture.
- Maintain EHS documentation, prepare monthly KPI reports, and support ESG and sustainability initiatives.
- Drive environmental programs focused on reducing energy, water, and waste consumption.
- Coordinate safety committees and departmental safety representatives.
