About the Role

Responsibilities
- Ensure understanding of business strategy and brand positioning
- Maintain up to date knowledge on product offerings and competitor trends
- Approach sales activities strategically, directing efforts based on account priority
- Review account production against potential and suggest improvements
- Establish new client contacts and develop detailed revenue potential information
- Achieve personal financial and non financial performance objectives
- Participate in client familiarization trips, site inspections, sales trips, and roadshows
- Drive opportunities to upsell and cross sell Minor Hotels products
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Sales & Marketing or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in a 5 star Hotel
- Excellent communication skills, preferably Russian speaker
- Ability to achieve sales targets and work in a highly pressurized environment
- Pro active, self motivated, loves challenges

- Excellent communication skills preferably Russian speaker
- Ability to achieve sales targets and work in a highly pressurized environment
- Passion to lead and a desire to succeed
