General Responsibilities

  • Perform all duties in accordance with resort Standard Operating Procedures and guidelines.
  • Support Front Office operations including arrivals, departures, check in, check out, and upselling.
  • Maintain professional grooming, appearance, and conduct at all times.
  • Maintain excellent knowledge of resort facilities, services, activities, and daily guest movements.
  • Anticipate and respond to guest requests, complaints, and preferences.
  • Maintain accurate communication through daily briefings, logbooks, and shift handovers.
  • Follow all health, safety, and security procedures.
  • Support new initiatives focused on improving guest satisfaction.

Villa Guest Experience

  • Proactively contact guests prior to arrival to gather preferences and personalize their stay.
  • Prepare villas, pantries, amenities, minibar, and private cellar according to guest preferences and standards.
  • Review guest profiles and history to ensure personalized service for arrivals.
  • Welcome guests upon arrival, facilitate in villa check in, provide villa orientation, and explain resort facilities.
  • Coordinate guest requests with relevant departments and ensure timely follow up.
  • Provide personalized services including dining recommendations, excursions, shopping assistance, laundry services, and special arrangements.
  • Maintain knowledge of food, beverage, and wine offerings to assist guests effectively.
  • Ensure daily villa services including housekeeping requests, turndown, amenities, and special arrangements are completed.

Departure & Follow Up

  • Explain departure procedures, coordinate luggage arrangements, and facilitate in villa check out.
  • Ensure all guest belongings, minibar charges, and villa checks are completed prior to departure.
  • Follow up on guest feedback and ensure concerns are addressed appropriately.

Team Responsibilities

  • Attend all required training, meetings, and briefings to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain positive working relationships with all departments and colleagues.
  • Promote teamwork, professionalism, and a positive image of the resort and company.
