Responsibilities
- Guard company premises, buildings, and assets during assigned shifts
- Monitor and control the entry and exit of employees, visitors, contractors, and vehicles
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify and report any security or safety concerns
- Ensure all gates, doors, windows, and access points are properly secured
- Maintain a visitor and vehicle entry/exit log
- Report any suspicious activities, incidents, theft, damage, or emergencies to the supervisor immediately
- Assist in emergency situations, including fire alarms, evacuations, and first response actions
- Ensure that company property is protected from unauthorized access and misuse
- Coordinate with maintenance and administration teams regarding any observed issues on the premises
- Keep the security post and surrounding areas clean and organized
- Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and instructions from management
Requirements
- Minimum 0–1 years of experience as a Watchman, Security Guard, or similar role
- Physically fit and able to work day, night, and rotating shifts
- Basic communication skills in English (Arabic or Hindi is an advantage)
- Honest, disciplined, and dependable with a strong sense of responsibility
- Ability to remain alert and respond calmly during emergencies

Job Summary

- The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring the property, controlling access, reporting security concerns, and maintaining a safe and secure environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Guard company premises, buildings, and assets during assigned shifts.
- Monitor and control the entry and exit of employees, visitors, contractors, and vehicles.
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify and report any security or safety concerns.
