- Repair, restore, and reupholster sofas, chairs, cushions, headboards, and other furniture
- Remove old upholstery, padding, and damaged materials
- Measure, cut, and fit fabric, leather, vinyl, foam, and other upholstery materials
- Install springs, webbing, foam, and padding as required
- Repair or replace damaged wooden frames and furniture components when necessary
- Operate upholstery tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform stitching, sewing, and finishing work to a high standard
- Match fabrics and materials according to customer or project requirements
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality and durability
- Maintain upholstery tools, sewing machines, and equipment in good working condition
- Coordinate with maintenance teams and supervisors to complete work within required timelines
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment while following company safety procedures
Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience as an Upholsterer
- Good knowledge of upholstery materials, fabrics, leather, foam, adhesives, and repair techniques
- Ability to use upholstery hand tools, sewing machines, staplers, and cutting equipment
- Good attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Ability to read measurements and work independently
- Physically fit and able to handle manual work
- Basic English communication skills preferred
- Experience in hotels, facility management, furniture workshops, or interior fit out projects preferred

Job Summary
- ORM Property Management LLC is seeking a skilled and experienced Upholsterer to join our maintenance team.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for repairing, restoring, and upholstering furniture, including sofas, chairs, cushions, headboards, and other upholstered items for residential, commercial, hospitality, and facility management projects.
