- Welcome and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Present menus and explain daily specials and promotions
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining service standards
- Ensure guests receive excellent customer service throughout their visit
- Respond professionally to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints
- Prepare tables before service and clear tables after guests have finished dining
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area, service stations, and equipment
- Process bills and handle cash, card, or other payment methods accurately
- Coordinate effectively with kitchen staff and fellow team members to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 0–1 years of experience as a waiter, preferably in a hotel, restaurant, or café
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Positive attitude with professional appearance and good grooming
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and under pressure
- Basic English communication skills
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Requirements

- Positive attitude with a professional appearance and good grooming standards.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and under pressure.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or fine dining.
- Food safety or hygiene certification is an added advantage.
