Responsibilities
- Perform carpentry maintenance, repair, and installation works for residential and commercial properties
- Install, repair, and maintain doors, windows, locks, cabinets, wardrobes, shelves, partitions, ceilings, and wooden flooring
- Repair damaged furniture, wooden fixtures, and other carpentry related items
- Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood and other materials according to project requirements
- Read and interpret drawings, sketches, and work orders
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of wooden structures and fittings
- Install gypsum partitions, false ceilings, and decorative wooden finishes when required
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality and compliance with company standards
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
- Coordinate with supervisors and other maintenance technicians to complete assigned tasks on time
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and safe condition
- Follow all company policies, health and safety regulations, and site procedures
Requirements
- Minimum 2 5 years of UAE experience as a Carpenter
- Knowledge of carpentry tools, materials, and installation techniques
- Ability to read technical drawings and measurements accurately
- Experience in furniture repair, door installation, gypsum works, and general maintenance
- Physically fit and able to work in various site conditions
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Basic English communication skills preferred

Job Summary
- ORM Property Management LLC is looking for a skilled and experienced Carpenter to join our maintenance team.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out carpentry, repair, installation, and maintenance works in residential, commercial, and facility management projects while ensuring high quality workmanship and compliance with safety standards.

Requirements

- Knowledge of carpentry tools, materials, and installation techniques.
- Ability to read technical drawings and measurements accurately.
- Experience in furniture repair, door installation, gypsum works, and general maintenance.
- Physically fit and able to work in various site conditions.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic English communication skills are preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Facility Management or Building Maintenance.
- Familiarity with UAE safety standards and maintenance procedures.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Salary
- Competitive salary + Company benefits as per UAE Labour Law.
- Pay: From AED 2,000.00 per month.
