Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, filling cracks, and applying primer before painting
- Apply paint, varnish, enamel, texture, and other protective coatings using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment
- Perform interior and exterior painting for villas, apartments, offices, commercial buildings, and common areas
- Carry out touch up painting, repainting, and decorative finishing works as required
- Mix and match paint colors to achieve the required finish
- Repair damaged plaster and prepare surfaces before painting
- Inspect completed work to ensure high quality finishes and customer satisfaction
- Protect furniture, flooring, and fixtures during painting activities
- Maintain painting tools, equipment, and materials in good working condition
- Follow company safety procedures and use appropriate PPE
- Coordinate with supervisors and other maintenance staff to complete work within assigned schedule
- Perform other maintenance related duties as assigned by management
Requirements
- Minimum 0–2 years of experience as a Painter, preferably in facility management, property maintenance, or construction
- Knowledge of different types of paints, coatings, primers, and surface preparation techniques
- Experience in residential and commercial building maintenance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good understanding of workplace safety practices
- Physically fit and able to work at heights when required

Job Summary
- ORM Property Management L.L.C. is seeking a skilled and experienced Painter to join our maintenance team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for carrying out painting and surface preparation works for residential, commercial, and industrial properties while maintaining high quality workmanship and safety standards.
