Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters in carrying out carpentry, repair, and installation work
- Help with measuring, cutting, lifting, and assembling wood and other materials
- Load, unload, and transport tools, equipment, and materials to work sites
- Prepare work areas before starting carpentry activities
- Hold and secure materials during installation and repair work
- Assist in installing doors, windows, cabinets, shelves, partitions, wooden flooring, and other carpentry fixtures
- Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and work areas after completing assigned tasks
- Dispose of waste materials and maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow instructions from supervisors and senior carpenters
- Assist with preventive and corrective maintenance activities as assigned
- Observe and follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements
- Perform other general helper duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Carpenter Helper, Construction Helper, or Maintenance Helper
- Experience in facility management, construction, or building maintenance preferred
- Basic knowledge of carpentry tools and materials
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy materials
- Willingness to work both indoors and outdoors
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Basic English communication skills preferred

Job Summary
- ORM Property Management LLC is looking for a hardworking and reliable Carpenter Helper to assist our carpentry and maintenance team in carrying out installation, repair, and maintenance works across residential, commercial, and facility management projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters in carrying out carpentry, repair, and installation work.
