Job Summary

  • The Public Relations Officer (PRO) is responsible for managing all government related documentation and transactions, ensuring compliance with UAE labor, immigration, and regulatory requirements.
  • The PRO acts as the liaison between the company and government authorities, facilitating smooth processing of employee and company related services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with UAE government authorities, including MOHRE, ICP, GDRFA, municipalities, and other regulatory bodies.
  • Process employment visas, entry permits, residency visas, visa renewals, visa cancellations, and status changes.
  • Handle Emirates ID applications, renewals, and cancellations.
  • Process labor contracts, work permits, and employment approvals.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and immigration regulations.
  • Coordinate the renewal of trade licenses, commercial registrations, and establishment cards.
  • Process company permits and approvals with relevant government authorities.
  • Maintain updated records of company licenses and legal documents.
  • Monitor expiry dates and ensure timely renewals.
  • Process employee onboarding and offboarding documentation.
  • Coordinate passport collection and release procedures.
  • Maintain employee visa, passport, Emirates ID, and labor file records.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • Valid UAE Driving License (preferred).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a PRO in the UAE.
  • Experience in handling multiple companies is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and immigration procedures.
  • Hands on experience with MOHRE, ICP, GDRFA, and other government portals.
  • Excellent Arabic and English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Professional interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Timely processing of visas, labor cards, and Emirates IDs.
  • Zero compliance violations or government penalties.
  • On time renewal of company licenses and establishment documents.
  • Accuracy of government submissions and documentation.
  • Employee satisfaction with government related services.
  • Effective monitoring and reporting of document expiry schedules.

Pay

  • From AED 4,500.00 per month
