- Provide day to day administrative support to management and various departments
- Prepare, draft, and maintain official correspondence, letters, reports, and documentation in both Arabic and English
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars for management
- Manage filing systems, records, and confidential documents efficiently
- Handle incoming telephone calls, emails, and visitor inquiries professionally
- Liaise with government authorities and external stakeholders when required
- Assist in processing company licenses, permits, and official documentation
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement requirements
- Maintain accurate records and prepare administrative reports
- Support HR and Administration functions, including employee documentation and onboarding activities
Requirements
- Arabic National (Mandatory)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 3 years of administrative experience in the UAE
- Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
- Experience in property management or facilities management is an advantage

Job Summary
- ORM Property Management L.L.C. is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administration Assistant (Arabic National) to provide administrative and operational support across various departments.
- The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day to day administrative support to the management and various departments.

- Experience in property management or facilities management is an advantage.
