Job Summary

  • ORM Property Management L.L.C. is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administration Assistant (Arabic National) to provide administrative and operational support across various departments.
  • The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day to day administrative support to the management and various departments.
  • Prepare, draft, and maintain official correspondence, letters, reports, and documentation in both Arabic and English.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars for management.
  • Manage filing systems, records, and confidential documents efficiently.
  • Handle incoming telephone calls, emails, and visitor inquiries professionally.
  • Liaise with government authorities and external stakeholders when required.
  • Assist in processing company licenses, permits, and official documentation.
  • Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare administrative reports.
  • Support HR and Administration functions, including employee documentation and onboarding activities.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth administrative operations.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Arabic National (Mandatory).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of administrative experience in the UAE.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Strong multitasking and time management skills.
  • Experience in property management or facilities management is an advantage.

  • Professional attitude with strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills.
  • Familiarity with UAE government procedures and documentation is an added advantage.
