Role Overview

Operational Checklists

• Complete opening and closing, chemical storage, food and beverage cleaning, temperature, equipment, and ladder inspection checklists.
• Check freezers, chillers, dry stores, forklifts, electric pallet jacks, scales, thermometers, hygrometers, and ladders.

Receiving Operations

• Match deliveries against invoices, delivery notes, packing lists, and approved purchase orders using a three-way match.
• Inspect delivered quantities, expiry dates, temperatures, and weights, including cafeteria staff meals.
• Stamp and sign deliveries, transfer goods to assigned storage locations, and perform physical verification.
• Apply maintenance-item barcodes, upload pictures to Maximo, and update Eatec or Maximo bin locations.
• Process GRN, return-to-vendor, credit note, rejection, customs document, and water replenishment requests.

Issuance Operations

• Issue items against system requisitions, work orders, material requests, manual requisitions, and approved department orders.
• Apply FEFO for products with less than three months remaining and update bin cards with quantities and document numbers.
• Cross-verify issuances, process inter-site and fruit or vegetable transfers, and obtain required approvals.
• Acknowledge dispatches with warehouse stamps and required end-user signatures.

Inventory and General Operations

• Conduct maintenance, merchandise, food and beverage, consumables, guest services, operations, and zoological inventory counts.
• Process inventory counts in management systems and submit count sheets for entity leader and inventory control review.
• Manage temporary storage areas with approved storage requests and property removal forms.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, HACCP and ADFCA standards, and restricted access for unauthorized personnel.

Education and Experience

• High school education or equivalent is required.
• At least one year of operational experience in warehouse and supply chain work is required.

Knowledge, Languages, and Skills

• Fluent English is required.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required.
• The role requires physical fitness and endurance for frequent lifting and manual handling.
• The role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, public holidays, cold storage areas, and outdoor sections.
• Trustworthiness is required to safeguard inventory and company assets.
