About the Role
This guest-facing role welcomes visitors to leisure facilities and helps them enter the parks with ease.
The associate provides guest care, explains attractions and services, sells tickets and products, directs visitors, and manages cash responsibly.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests, listen to their requests, and provide professional assistance.
- Manage queues, turnstiles, guest-services areas, and the lost-and-found counter.
- Sell tickets and products through a computerized POS system and handle multiple payment methods.
- Balance cash drawers and follow cash-handling and sales-remittance policies.
- Provide information about pricing, promotions, shows, rides, attractions, facilities, and services.
- Upsell and cross-sell products and services while resolving guest concerns according to policy.
- Conduct guest surveys using a company-provided tablet.
