About the Role

HCM Product Ownership and Transformation

• Own the Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM roadmap, backlog, release priorities, and lifecycle.
• Lead transformation across Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Recruiting, Learning, Compensation, Workforce Management, Absence, Time and Labor, and HR Help Desk.
• Prioritize demand based on workforce value, employee experience, compliance, risk, and delivery capacity.
• Drive adoption of AI, automation, analytics, Oracle ME, Journeys, Redwood UX, and self-service.

Service and Solution Delivery

• Govern HCM support, incidents, problems, service requests, enhancements, releases, and changes.
• Ensure operational stability and quality for critical HR processes, including payroll.
• Translate business requirements into scalable solutions, specifications, testing strategies, and deployment plans.
• Oversee HCM integrations with Finance, Procurement, Learning, Recruitment, Attendance, Banking, and third-party platforms.
• Govern data quality, interface monitoring, reconciliation, reporting, HCM Extracts, and data loading.

Governance and Stakeholders

• Maintain HCM controls, access governance, audit readiness, data privacy, and compliance standards.
• Manage Oracle Support, implementation partners, and technology vendors.
• Lead workshops, solution design, UAT, training, adoption, and knowledge transfer.
• Define and monitor product, service, operational, and HR-related KPIs and communicate roadmap progress, risks, and decisions.

Education and Experience

• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
• At least 10 years of Oracle ERP experience with a strong focus on Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM is required.
• Experience implementing, configuring, enhancing, and supporting Oracle HCM across multiple modules is required.
• Experience managing HCM integrations with HR stakeholders, Oracle Support, and implementation partners is required.

Technical and Functional Expertise

• Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM modules including Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Benefits, Talent, Performance, Goals, Recruiting, Learning, Compensation, and Workforce Management.
• Expertise in Oracle ME, Journeys, HR Help Desk, OTBI, HCM Extracts, HDL, HSDL, and BPM workflows.
• Strong understanding of HR data governance, privacy, controls, auditing, and access management.
• Fast Formula, SQL Developer, Data Loader, and integration technology knowledge is desirable.

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM certification in one or more modules is preferred.
• Oracle EBS HRMS certification or relevant Oracle EBS HCM experience is preferred.
• Product Management, Agile Delivery, HR Transformation, or Project Management certifications are preferred.
• Previous experience as an HCM Product Owner or Product Manager is highly desirable.
• Exposure to AI-enabled HR solutions, analytics, employee experience transformation, and Redwood UX is advantageous.
