Responsibilities
- Verify inbound shipment quantities against invoices and packing lists.
- Report damages, shortages, over-shipments, and discrepancies to the Team Leader.
- Complete, file, and escalate Materials Discrepancy Notes and related forms.
- Segregate, scan, and put away items in correct storage locations.
- Complete manual put-away sheets for verification and system confirmation.
- Pick and verify outbound items against generated pick lists.
- Pack goods according to specifications and apply required labels and stickers.
- Assist with stock checks and cycle counts.
- Store food materials safely and follow food hygiene standards.
- Escalate problems and improvement opportunities and complete related assigned duties.
Qualifications and Characteristics
- High school education.
- One year of warehouse operations experience is preferred.
- Safety awareness, basic numerical skills, listening skills, and ability to understand instructions.
- English communication skills in reading, writing, and speaking.
- Ability to understand basic computer equipment such as scanners.
