DSV is seeking a Coordinator, Contract Logistics to support warehouse operations and inventory control.
The role coordinates daily activities, maintains records and system transactions, prepares reports, and resolves operational issues.
Warehouse operations
- Coordinate receiving, inventory, order processing, dispatch, and returns.
- Coordinate manpower and daily warehouse activities with the operational team.
- Monitor batch and lot numbers, expiry dates, quantities, and stock movements.
- Support inventory counts, stock reconciliation, and discrepancy resolution.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational issues.
Records and systems
- Maintain accurate warehouse documentation and inventory records.
- Update and maintain transactions in WMS or ERP systems.
- Prepare operational reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Ensure business records support accurate inventory control and operational reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience in warehouse coordination or warehouse operations is preferred.
- Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical, FMCG, or another regulated environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations coordination, inventory control, documentation, WMS or ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Workplace
- The role is based in a warehouse environment and requires onsite operational coordination.
