Project Management and Execution

• Lead door-to-door project logistics operations from planning through final delivery for heavy lift, modules, and project cargo.
• Develop and manage project execution plans, transportation schedules, milestones, and risk registers.
• Coordinate international freight, road, sea, barge, rail, heavy haul, and specialized lifting operations.
• Manage oversized, out-of-gauge, breakbulk, heavy-lift, and project cargo movements.
• Ensure deliveries are executed safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Technical and Engineering Coordination

• Review transportation studies, lifting plans, route surveys, and method statements.
• Coordinate with transport engineers, heavy-lift contractors, shipping lines, and port operators.
• Assess technical feasibility for transportation and lifting operations.
• Evaluate routes, bridge capacities, road restrictions, and permitting requirements.

Commercial Management

• Monitor project budgets, cost controls, and profitability.
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and service providers.
• Negotiate rates and commercial terms with carriers, transporters, and project vendors.
• Identify project risks and cost-saving opportunities.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's or master's degree in logistics, supply chain, engineering, business, or a related discipline.
• 5–8 years of experience in project logistics, heavy lift, breakbulk, or project cargo operations.
