DSV is hiring a Billing Specialist for its National Billing Team in Feltham.
The role supports invoicing for customers and overseas offices and contributes to process improvement.
The published schedule is Tuesday to Saturday, 9:00am to 5:00pm.
Responsibilities
- Handle import and export billing for customers and overseas agents.
- Perform intercompany cost control and resolve incorrect invoicing queries.
- Update new client rates in the CW1 internal system.
- Maintain direct contact with overseas offices, agents, and customers.
- Help optimize processes and improve invoicing speed for colleagues across the UK.
Requirements
- Basic understanding of client rates or quotations for air or ocean freight.
- Understanding of the transport and logistics industry and other business sectors.
- Knowledge of Office 365, including Excel, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to meet targets and deadlines and work as part of a team.
